At BrennOnCoaching, we provide professional management and consulting services delivered entirely in digital format. Our services are based on scheduled time, professional expertise, preparation, and individualized advisory support. Because our work is intellectual, time-based, and customized, our refund policy differs from the return of physical goods.
By purchasing a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Services
All services are delivered through live online sessions, structured frameworks, and written follow-up where applicable. The value of the service includes preparation time, professional analysis, and session delivery.
Once a session has taken place or preparation has been completed, the service is considered rendered. Consulting services cannot be physically returned, and outcomes depend on collaboration, communication, and implementation.
2. Booking & Payment
Payment confirms your reservation and secures dedicated time in our schedule. Once booked, this time cannot be offered to other clients. Preparation often begins before the session itself.
Failure to attend a session without notice is treated as a late cancellation.
3. Situations Where a Refund May Be Considered
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
• Timely cancellation — Cancellation requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session (or 48 hours for programs) may qualify for a refund of unused services.
• Service not yet delivered — If the consulting work has not started and no preparation has been completed.
• Technical failure on our side — If platform issues, system failure, or connection problems on our end prevent the session from taking place and rescheduling is not possible.
• Scheduling error by us — If we are unable to deliver the service at the agreed time due to internal scheduling conflicts.
• Duplicate payment — If a client accidentally makes more than one payment for the same service.
• Incorrect charge — If a billing error occurred due to system malfunction.
• Program cancellation before start — If a multi-session program is cancelled before the first session and preparation has not begun.
• Exceptional circumstances — Serious medical emergencies or documented force majeure situations may be reviewed individually at our discretion.
4. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds are generally not issued when:
• A session has already taken place
• Preparation or analysis has already been performed
• Cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before a session
• A client does not attend a session without notice
• Dissatisfaction is based on subjective expectations rather than service delivery
• Results depend on implementation and client chooses not to apply guidance
• Time zone misunderstandings on the client’s side
• Internet or technical problems occur on the client’s side
Consulting involves professional time and expertise, which cannot be returned once delivered.
5. Multi-Session Programs
Completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions may be refunded proportionally if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the next session.
Administrative and transaction fees may be deducted.
6. Rescheduling
One reschedule is allowed with 24 hours’ notice. Additional changes depend on availability.
7. International Clients
As we serve clients globally, currency exchange differences, banking fees, and processing charges may affect the refunded amount. These are controlled by financial institutions and not by BrennOnCoaching.
8. Refund Method
All approved refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. We do not send refunds through alternative payment channels.
Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institutions involved. International transfers may require additional processing time.
9. Dissatisfaction
We encourage clients to contact us directly if expectations were not met. Many concerns can be resolved through clarification or follow-up guidance.
